CEO, MSW, LCSW, LCADC
My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and a minor in Economics from Transylvania University. Founding LBS Clean Sweep during college ignited my entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills. After graduation, I spent eight years in computer sales in Los Angeles, CA before returning to Lexington, KY in 1998. Exploring roles in real estate, banking, and health insurance sales, I discovered my passion for social work and addiction counseling. Pursuing a Master of Social Work degree, I immersed myself in practicums at Women’s Hope Center, Eastern State Hospital, and The Ridge Behavioral Health, obtaining licensure as an LCSW and LCADC.
Facing and conquering my own battle with addiction, I celebrate 11 years of sobriety, deepening my empathy and understanding. As CEO of Addiction Treatment Centers from 2017 to 2020 and now leading Altruism Counseling Services, I continue to lead with compassion and expertise.
My certifications as an AODE, Licensed DUI Program Supervisor, Certified DUI Instructor – Prime for Life 20-hour Course, Certified DUI Assessor, and Targeted Case Manager Supervisor underscore my commitment to excellence. With a heart dedicated to service and extensive experience in addiction treatment, counseling, and social work, I’m here to support you on your journey to healing and transformation.

Targeted Case Manager
Hello, my name is Jessica Elliott. I am a dedicated Targeted Case Manager at Altruism Counseling Services, where I work closely with individuals to support their recovery and help them achieve greater stability in their lives. I hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
I have over five years of hands-on experience in the substance abuse and mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including those navigating addiction, housing instability, trauma, and poverty. My role involves not only connecting clients to vital resources such as mental health services, housing, employment, and transportation, but also being a consistent source of support and advocacy as they work toward long-term recovery.
I am deeply passionate about helping others and take pride in being someone my clients can count on. Whether I’m assisting someone in accessing basic needs or guiding them through complex systems, I strive to approach every situation with compassion, respect, and a solution-focused mindset. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a stable, fulfilling life, and I feel honored to be part of that journey for the people I serve.
