You didn’t intend to drink and drive, but after you got a few drinks in your system, your judgment wasn’t very good. You were so sure you would be “just fine” to drive. Those flashing police lights sobered you up real quick, but didn’t do much to quell your over-the-limit blood alcohol level.
Since then, you find yourself teetering back and forth between “I’ve got this covered” and “I want my life back.” The endless appointments, expenses, and legal requirements that come with a DUI can feel overwhelming. Especially if you have other responsibilities, such as work and family. And, if you’re like many others, the question that haunts you most is, “How can I be sure I won’t do this again?”
In the state of Kentucky, there were more than 18,000 DUI arrests in 2020. Nationwide, the National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) estimates that 18.5 million people drove under the influence of alcohol within the same year. Sadly, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that one person every 39 minutes dies in a drunk-driving accident.

All court-ordered DUI services must be conducted by an Alcohol and Drug Entity (AODE) licensed by the state of Kentucky.
